Welcome to the Spicy Flavours.
In case you are new to this site, there are separate sections in each Category depending on various interest in posting in these forums. .
In order to start posting, there must first be a "thread" in the board of your area to post to. After you've selected a board from your area, there will be a "new thread" option on the bottom right hand corner of the page, this will create, , a new thread.
*Note*: There can be more than one thread in any given board, so create one for each topic you want to discuss.
In each thread is where the actual posting occurs. The person who created the thread has the option of writing an opening post, this is highly encouraged. Any and all replies to the first and subsequent posts are done using, , the "reply" button. Fill out the forms, they should be mostly self-explanatory. (Except for the "Add tags:" buttons which are covered in another topic in the "Forum Help" Board.)
There is also the "quote" button found at the top right of each post, to quote the post in your own reply.
A "modify" button which will let you modify your post if you wish to edit it after you've posted.
(Moderators are enlisted to help us "keep the peace" here in the forums, they will have the right to modify any post under their jurisdiction, move topics, lock polls, and a small slew of other privilidges.)
We will make sure to keep this help page updated as best as possible.
