Still, to have a healthy heart, one should eat healthy. We cannot depend entirely on snacks,junk food ...
So, I really wanted to share some vegetarian recipes with you, which require less than half an hour to prepare and are quick-to-fix meals which also provide you guys a much needed dose of carbohydrates and nutrients.
